1. Overview
All products sold by Pinoy Digital Codes are digital products. A personalised code is generated and delivered by email upon successful payment. Our refund policy differs depending on the product type purchased.
2. WiFi internet access packages
As a general rule, Digital Access Codes are non-refundable once the code has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout. However we recognise that issues can arise and we have a fair refund policy that covers specific circumstances as set out below.
A full refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
Your Digital Access Code was not delivered within 24 hours of successful payment and you have contacted us to report this.
Your Digital Access Code was delivered but failed to activate through no fault of the recipient — for example, a technical error on our part or an invalid code was generated.
A duplicate payment was taken for the same order due to a technical error.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
The Digital Access Code has been successfully delivered and activated by the recipient.
The recipient details provided at checkout were incorrect, preventing activation. Please ensure all recipient details are accurate before completing your order.
The recipient was unable to activate the code due to reasons outside our control, such as local provider issues or recipient error.
A change of mind after the code has been delivered.
To request a refund under any of the eligible circumstances above please contact us via our contact page within 7 days of your purchase date.
3. Food Treats
Food Treat codes are non-refundable once issued. A Food Code is generated and delivered to your email immediately after successful payment. By completing a Food Treat purchase you acknowledge and accept the following:
No refund will be issued once your Food Code has been sent to the email address provided at checkout, regardless of whether the code has been used.
Food Codes are valid for 7 days from the purchase date. We are unable to issue refunds or extensions for unused codes that have expired.
Food Codes have a fixed face value. We are not responsible for any difference between the Food Code value and the recipient’s order total at the restaurant.
Food Codes have a fixed face value. No change will be given if the order total is less than the Food Code value.
We are not responsible if a participating restaurant is unable or unwilling to honour a Food Code. In such circumstances please contact us and we will investigate.
If a duplicate payment was taken for the same Food Treat order due to a technical error on our part, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate charge. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund please contact us via our contact page with the following information:
- Your order email address
- Your order date
- The product purchased
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Cancellations
As codes are generated and delivered promptly after payment, cancellations are only possible before the code has been sent to your email address. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately via our contact page.
