1. About us
Pinoy Digital Codes is a digital products business. We sell WiFi internet access packages and Food Treat codes for use in the Philippines.

2. WiFi internet access packages
All WiFi products sold on this website are digital products. No physical goods, SIM cards, load, or top-ups are sold or delivered. No telecom services are provided.
Upon successful payment a personalised Digital Access code is generated using the recipient details provided at checkout and sent to your email address. This code is unique to the named recipient and is for personal use only.
- 7-Day Access — 7-day WiFi internet access (₱1,820 / approx. $32 USD)
- 7-Day Family Plus — 7-day WiFi internet access (₱2,520 / approx. $44 USD)
- 30-Day Family — 30-day WiFi internet access (₱3,220 / approx. $57 USD)
Prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The final charge at checkout will be processed in USD at the prevailing exchange rate.
3. Food Treats
Food Treat codes allow the named recipient in the Philippines to claim a meal at a participating restaurant. The following restaurants and meal options are available:
- Jollibee, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Coffee Bean — 1 meal (₱850 / approx. $15 USD)
- Jollibee, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Coffee Bean — 2 meals (₱1,500 / approx. $25 USD)
Upon successful payment a personalised Food Code is generated and sent to your email address. You share this code with the named recipient in the Philippines, who presents it when ordering at the restaurant.
The following conditions apply to all Food Treat codes:
- Food Codes are valid for 7 days from the purchase date. The code expires after this period regardless of whether it has been used.
- One-time use only — the code expires immediately after first redemption.
- Named recipient only — the code is personalised to the named recipient. The recipient name provided at checkout must match the person presenting the code at the restaurant.
- Valid at participating branches nationwide in the Philippines only.
- Food Codes have a fixed face value. If the order total exceeds the Food Code value, the recipient is responsible for paying the difference.
- Food Codes have a fixed face value. No change will be given if the order total is less than the Food Code value.
- No refunds once a Food Code has been issued.
4. Digital Access Codes
Digital Access Codes are issued for WiFi internet access packages. The following conditions apply:
- The code is personalised to the named recipient provided at checkout and is for the named recipient only.
- The code is valid for activation within 30 days of the purchase date. Unused codes expire after this period.
- No refunds once a Digital Access Code has been issued. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the specific circumstances in which a refund may be considered.
5. Ordering & payment
No account or registration is required to place an order. At checkout you will be asked to provide the following:
- Recipient details — full name, mobile number, and city of the person in the Philippines who will receive the code
- Your email address — to receive payment confirmation and your personalised code
- Payment details — processed securely by a licensed payment institution
We do not store your payment card details at any time.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Your personalised code will be sent to your email following confirmation.
6. Delivery
This is a digital product. Delivery means the sending of your personalised code to the email address provided at checkout.
Codes are delivered within 24 hours of successful payment. In most cases delivery is significantly faster. If you have not received your code within 24 hours please contact us via our contact page.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.
7. Refunds & cancellations
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds.
As these are digital products, refunds are only available in specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy. Food Treat codes are non-refundable once issued.
8. Privacy & data
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect and use your data.
By providing recipient details at checkout you confirm that you have the consent of the named recipient to share their personal information with us for the purpose of generating their personalised code.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that purchase.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of our products or services.
We are not responsible for any failure by a restaurant to honour a Food Code, nor for any failure by a local WiFi provider to activate a Digital Access Code. If you experience any such difficulties please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
10. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
